"If you watch Jaws backwards, it's a movie about a shark that keeps throwing people up until they have to open a beach."

So if you watch "The Curious Case of Benjamen Button" backwards, then it's about a guy who gets older when everyone else gets younger.

All of 2 people frequent the Dustbox!

Yaaaaaay by WispWisp, 19 Nov 2009 21:24

Sounds real nice, except for of course the wallet thing. Interestingly enough, while you were at Germany having a blast, I was at my AJTC camp being worked to a state of half death where I managed to obtain a poison ivy infection that nearly demolished my ankles (well, not perhaps nearly demolished, but it looked pretty bad). You could probably create a virtual tour of Germany with the thousands of pictures you seemingly took. See you in 24±5% days!

Oh, hey Timothy. Uhh…sorry about the eXtreme lateness on this post. Seriously, I got the email notification very many ages ago, but I was too lazy to come back to The Dustbox. Not remembering my password after having been away for so long might also have played a part. But the trip was uber-cool (Heh. See what I did thar? Uber? Germany? Yeahhh…)! Especially the food. Most people will tell you the food was awesomesauce, which is, funnily enough, it was often covered in, comma. One of the students on the trip from another school was doing the trip again simply because of dune (pronounced doo-na), which is like a giant taco except with bread, some sort of really spicy sauce and lots of meat. They eat a LOT of meat. A vegetarian wouldn't last more than 5 minutes over there. The host family did EVERYTHING for me, making me feel somewhat useless, I have to say, and they took me to see 2 places almost every day! So by the time we got to the middle of the second week, they just asked what I wanted to do, and I had no idea - I thought we'd pretty much used up all of Germany already. The sights were beautiful, and I saw stuff like a fireworks show and the innards of a castle. Visiting Castle Eltz was probably my favorite part, despite the speech-impedimented tour guide and the breaking my camera at some point. I even got this sweet flintlock musket for a souvenir. Or are muskets the rifles? Anyway, my LEAST favorite part was when we visited some huge city and the massive church there. You get to walk up what feels like several miles of winding stairs and the view is amazing. Upon descending, however, I noticed that I'd lost my wallet. This was much less amazing, or at the very least amazing in a more negative way. But it was all well and good, cause I'd spent most of my Euros on assorted souvenirs already. So yeah. Not trying to avoid you, just had a hard time gettin' of my lazy buttocks to get back to the internet. I've uploaded a verrrry small portion of the pictures I took (I literally took a couple thousand pictures over there and probably would have captured all of Europe if I'd had the time to) to Facebook somewheres, and I'll see if I can get you a link to that.

OMIGOSH I WAS POSSESSED.

…Does anyone happen to know what just happened? That didn't smell enough of the dust-aura to be me. Seriously, it weren't me! I'm telling you! :0

Hehe, I am still signed on as Wisp. Funny…

I am no longer Wisp. He is sleeping right now, and his soul still resides in this body. I now have taken control of his mortal chamber.

I'll log off now.
